James (Dyb) Dybdal, age 63, of Chipley, FL passed away Sun, Nov 4, 2012 in the Northwest Florida Community Hospital. Syb was born Feb 18, 1949 in Panama City, FL to the late Thomas Jefferson and Eva (Finch) Dybdal, who later remarried to Bill Hurd. He had been a resident of Washington Co., FL for most of his life, and was an engineer with Gulf Coast Electric Co-op. He was a US Army veteran.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Dybdal of Chipley, FL; 1 son, Dail Dybdal and wife Chasity of Wausau, FL; 1 daughter, Jill Drummond and husband Chris of Panama City, FL; 1 brother, Donald R. Miller of Panama City, FL; 4 grandchildren, Jenai, Lancin, Makenna and Tracin; 1 great-granddaughter, Charleigh; son-in-law, Perry Beote; and a host of extended family and loving friends.

Memorial services were held Thu, Nov 8, 2012 at 6 pm at Brown Funeral Home, Brickyard Road Chapel with Dail Dybdal and Rev. James Guy officiating. The family received friends one hour prior to services. Memorialization was by cremation. Friends and family may sign the online register at www.brownfh.net.
