WWII Army Veteran Member of the Madisonville-Madiera Lodge F & AM #418 Memorial donations in memory of Warren may be directed to Parkinson's Disease Support Network (P.O. Box 33077 Cincinnati, Ohio 45233) or Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children(3229 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, Ohio 45229).
