Vivian Lucille (Goldsworthy) Fagle, 90, of Marion, died Sunday, June 16, 2013, at Mercy Medical Center, Cedar Rapids. Funeral Services: 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 19, 2013, at Murdoch Funeral Home & Cremation Center, Marion, by Pastor Jen Filter. Visitation: one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial: Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.

Vivian is survived by her daughter, Shirley (Howard) Nelson of Troy Mills; son, Dennis (Christy) Fagle of Marion; grandchildren, Dawn (David) Schott of Coggon, Stacey Miller (Jeremiah Pillard) of Walker, Jennifer (Bill) Grindle of Cedar Rapids, Jason (Megan) Fagle of Toddville, and Jessica Fagle of Marion; eleven great-grandchildren, Jordan, Brendan and Kyler Schott, Harley and Samantha Miller, Cooper and Nash Pillard, Greyson and Giana Grindle, and Mitchell and McKinze Fagle; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Myron; her parents; and two sisters, Thelma Sparling, and Wilma Story.

Vivian was born June 8, 1923, in Onedia, the third child of Robert Chester and Mary Elizabeth (Wilson) Goldsworthy. She graduated with honors from high school in Delhi. On September 19, 1942, she married Myron Fagle in Independence. Myron died October 16, 2012. Vivian worked at St. Luke's Hospital and Kilborn Photo. She was a member of a Neighborhood Progress Club and a leader of the Marionettes 4-H Club for many years.
