Her funeral is 11 a.m. today at Rocky Boy Lutheran Church, with burial in Rocky Boy Cemetery. Holland and Bonine Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include daughters Dawn Marie Black of El Reno, Okla., Terri Ann George of Bellingham, Wash.; a son, Shannon Small Feather of Vancouver, Wash.; adopted children Corlina Arkinson of Tulsa, Okla., and Austin Cornelius of Sacramento, Calif.; sisters Corlene Arkinson of Cut Bank and Joanne Arkinson of Billings; brothers Tom Arkinson of Cut Bank and Victor Arkinson of Billings; and 15 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Saul Mckenzie Basil; a son, Derek Moran; and a grandson.
