Services for Clara B. Whitehead Duncan, 94, who died at her home Tuesday morning, will be held at 11 a.m. Friday from the Kinsley Chapel, the Rev. Drexel von Forell officiating. She had been ill for three weeks with a heart condition.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at Belmont Cemetery, Wathena, with arrangements by Kinsley.
Music will include two selections, "Ivory Palaces" and "I Know He Cares."
She was born Sept. 11, 1891, at Home City, the daughter of William and Sarah Allred Whitehead.
She married Percy M. Duncan Sept. 14, 1910, at Beattie.
She had lived at the home in Marysville since 1942.
She was a member of the Christian Church and of the Order of Eastern Star.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Percy, in 1942 in Colorado; a son, Gilbert Duncan, 3; and an infant daughter, Bertha.
Survivors are three sons, Percy E. Duncan, Denver, Robert A. Duncan, Marysville, and Maxwell M. Duncan, Tucson; one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Rosa E. Warfel and Ruth E. Tangeman, both of Marysville.
