Reva Nell Byous Wood, age 82, of Nashville, TN was born on June 2, 1926 in Kodak, TN to parent Joseph and Mary Byous.

She went home to join our creator on February 27, 2010.

She was preceded in death by husband Dennis J Wood, parents Joseph and Mary Byous, sisters Fleda Byous Pollard, infant Mariavis Byous, Neva Byous (her twin), and Patricia Byous Vennable; brother Bob , Wayne Byous, Joe, Langston Byous, and Keith Byous.

She is survived by daughter Connie of Nashville, TN and a son David Wood of Athens, GA; granddaughter Dana Neal; Great granddaughters Jackie and Jessica Neal; sisters Mary Byous Weber of Cummings, GA, and Ina Byous McKinney of Florida.

Reva's favorite pastimes were cooking, baking, drawing, and watching westerns. Her passion in life was caring for and helping others.

Funeral services were conducted at Woodbine Funeral Home by Rev. Judi Hoffman. She was buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Nashville, TN.
