Earl J. Blanco, Sr., 71, a resident of Morgan City passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at his home surrounded by his loving family.

Earl was born on December 24, 1941 in Berwick the son of Clarence and Lorena Rhodes Blanco.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife, Mary Mayon Blanco of Morgan City; seven children, Earl J. Blanco, Jr., Jeno Blanco, Penny Hatcher, Matilda Blanco all of Morgan City, Carroll Michel, Jr. of Bayou Vista, Karen Verret of Morgan Ctiy, Shelia Aucoin of Ricohoc; one brother, Ronald Blanco, Sr. of Morgan City; twelve grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
Earl was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one sister.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2013 at Twin City Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 8:00 a.m. until the time of the service on Friday at the funeral home.

Inurnment will follow memorial services in the Morgan City Cemetery.
