Tell Noah Ashbrook, 77, grandfather of three Waterloo women, died Saturday morning at his home in Windsor, Ill, after a week's illness of angina pectoris.

Mrs. Henry L. Martin, 922 Reber avenue, granddaughter, left Saturday night to attend services to be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Windsor. Burial will be there.

The other two Waterloo granddaughters are Mrs. E. W. Thielen, 717 Kingsley avenue, and Miss Kathryn Lamkin, 1021 Mullan avenue west.

Also surviving are the widow, the former Miss Delia Hancock; two daughters, Mrs. David Ghere, Arcola, Ill., and Mrs. H. C. Gilpin, Atwood, Ill.; a grandson, Clark E. Gilpin, Atwood; another granddaughter, MIss Helen Gilpin, Nokomis, Ill., and three great-grandchildren.

A son, Orville Ashbrook, died as a child, and another daughter, Mrs. J. C. Lamkin, Waterloo, also preceded her father in death.

Mr. and Mrs. Ashbrook celebrated their fifty-third wedding anniversary Sept. 23. They were married in Humboldt, Ill.
