George H. Hill, 46, well known farmer of the town of Harmony, died at 6 a.m. Wednesday in his home in that township after having been in failing health the past five years. Mr. Hill was born Sept. 24, 1887, in the town of Rock, the son of William J. and Mary Hill, his father having come here from England. On Oct. 4, 1916, he married Edith Barlass, the ceremony taking place in the home where they have lived continuously since. He was a member of the Emerald Grove Congregational church, and the Modern Woodmen lodge of Janesville. Burial will be in Emerald Grove cemetery.
