Survivors include his stepmother Gladys Mae Smith of Springfield; brother Raynard Smith of the Metro East Area; brothers Tommy (Glendora) Bell, Charles (Kimberli) Bell, and Perry Johnson all of Las Vegas, NV; stepsister Mary (Fred) Nunn of Springfield; several nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
Arrangements handled by Walker Funeral Services & Chapel. Visitation was on Thursday November 10th, from 4:00pm-6:00pm at Walker Funeral Service Chapel, 2300 E. Cook Street, Springfield. Services were on Friday, November 11th, 2011, at Grace United Methodist Church, 1612 E. Capital Avenue, Springfield. Visitation began at 10:00AM, prior to the funeral at 11:00AM. Burial is at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
