Mr. McLain is preceded in death by his mother, Daisy McLain; father, Owen McLain; 2 brothers, O. W. McLain, Michael McLain; 3 sisters, Beverly Maxey, Myrtle Davis, Linda Cooley. He is survived by his wife, Caroline McLain of Waynesboro; son, Steven Lira of Houston, TX; 3 daughters, Mary Lira, Janice Guzak (Jason), Beverly Vazquez (David) all of Houston, TX; 3 brothers, Ike McLain of Jackson, Jerry Wayne McLain, Ray Dean McLain both of Waynesboro; 3 sisters, Sherry Ezell, Annette Scarbrough, Jeannette Easterling all of Waynesboro; 5 grandchildren, Bianca Guzak, Jason Guzak, Ashton Vazquez, Ethan Vazquez, Bella Vazquez all of Houston, TX. Visitation for Mr. McLain will be held from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Wednesday, May 15, 2013 in the Parlor of Freeman Funeral Home, Waynesboro, MS. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, May 16, 2013 from the Chapel of Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with Rev. Bart Whitehead officiating. Interment will be in Boyles Chapel Cemetery, Waynesboro, MS.
