Mrs. Burns was born December 18, 1937 in Beaumont, Texas. Ann was the daughter of the late Troye Vernon Miller and Irma Lee (Ricks) Miller.
She was a homemaker and a member of Unity Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Burns.
She is survived by one son: Louis "Buster" Burns; two daughters: Linda Shelton and Cathy Winchell; one sister and brother-in-law: Sue and Billy Matthews; four grandchildren; one great grandchild and a number of other relatives.
Funeral services will be at Texarkana Funeral Home, Arkansas Chapel.
Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens, Texarkana, Arkansas.
