Conrad Stewart Wilson, my father, was the son of Rush Albert Wilson and Mary Alice Neely Wilson. He was the great-great grandson of Rev. Francis Asbury Wilson.
He spent the last 20 years of his life collecting obituary clippings of hundreds of friends and relatives.

Wilson, Conrad Stewart {November 24, 1982}....retired pipefitter Conrad Stewart Wilson, 76, of Kirbyville died Wednesday at Mixson Hospital after an illness. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Call Junction Baptist Church near Kirbyville with burial in Bean Cemetery under the direction of Causey's E.E. Stringer Funeral Home. A native of Singer, La., he lived in Kirbyville most of his life and was a retired pipefitter. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Wilson of Kirbyville; three sons, Raymond Wilson of Port Neches, and Donald Wilson and Benny Wilson, both of Kirbyville; a daughter, Sue Hutchison of Kirbyville; a brother, Jairet Edsel Wilson of Bridge City; four sisters, Vadie Wilson West of Kirbyville, Lena Othello Wilson Bruggman of Texas City, Frankie Ann Wilson Wallace of Silsbee and Ottie Belle Wilson Loughridge of Livingston; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
