Frank B. Morrell Hughes was born on November 2, 1862, in Mercer, New Jersey, the only child of Simeon HUGHES (1824 - 1883 )& Fannie DRAKE . He married Augusta McDonald on March 2, 1883, in Warren, Illinois. He then had one child with SARAH ELLEN Snodgrass in 1897. He also had one child with Lethea Belle Morrell. Frank died on August 27, 1941, in Monmouth, Illinois, at the age of 78.
