"Lydia A. Foust has been granted a divorce from her husband, Samuel F. Foust, on grounds of neglect of duty and extreme cruelty. She was thereby given custody of all minor children and Foust was enjoined from interfering with her control of them. As alimony she was decreed the ownership of lots 56 and 57, Greensburg, this county, together with personal property pertaining thereto. Clinton C. Foster was ordered to pay over to her as further alimony all money due from him to Foust."

"FOUST Lydia N., age 78, of Greensburg, died Wednesday morning at the home of her son, Edward Foust in Akron. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Mary Ream of Canton, and Mrs. Ida Traxler of Greensburg; five sons, Edward, Charles and Clark, of Akron and Leamon and William of Greensburg; two brothers, Samuel Stark of West Manchester, O., and John Stark of Grand Rapids, Mich.; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Greensburg Evangelical church, having been converted in the Millheim Reformed church at the age of 13. Funeral services will be held Friday at her late home in Greensburg and at 1:30 p. m. from the Evangelical church, Rev. Mr. Miller officiating. Burial will be made in Greensburg cemetery."
