HART, Ariel Clifton - Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today at the graveside in Union Cemetry for Ariel Clifton Hart, 44, of 1208 Gage St., who died June 18 at his home. The Rev. Carl M. Purdy, pastor of Calvary Bible Church, officiated and interment followed. The deceased was a native of Texas and had lived in Kern County for six years and in California 20 years. Survivors include one daughter, Claysene Thompson, of Dallas, Texas; his mother, Emma Hart of Bakersfield; and a grandson, Tony Dale Thompson of Texas. Payne and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
