OBITUARY Published in The Arizona Republic, Wednesday, August 28, 1996: Cecil F. Fox, 81, of Mesa, a mailroom supervisor, died Aug. 26, 1996. He was born in North Dakota. Survivors include his wife, Anna; daughters, Joan Grey, Ruth Schuetz and Myra Stauffer; sons, Edwin Sink, Russell Gray, John, Eric, Kirk and Clay; sister Vivian Tang; brothers, Clement and Kenneth; 16 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
