BROADWAY

Richard Eugene Curry, 59, of Route 1, Broadway, died Saturday at Rockingham Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Curry had been disabled for the past 15 years, and had been a patient at the hosptal since Aug. 16.

He was born Dec. 5, 1928, in Rockingham County and was a son of the late George B. and Lula Cave Curry.

He lived in Laurel, Md., before returning to Harrisonburg 10 years ago.

Mr. Curry was a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church.

Surviving are three sisters, Frances Stea of St. Cloud, Fla., Kathryn Craver of Clemmons, N.C., and Helen Westfall of Broadway; and two brothers, George L. Curry of Stafford and Donald L. Curry of Vienna.

The funeral will be conducted 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Lindsey Harrisonburg.

Funeral Home by the Rev. George M. Pearson Jr. Burial will be in Woodbine Cemetery.

The family will receive friends 8-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
