He was a self-employed businessman and rancher. He also served in the US Navy during WWII. Like his wife, he enjoyed friends and family stopping by for a visit and a meal as their door was always open. Enjoyable conversation and maybe a card game or two. He and Helen made everyone feel at home.
He became involved in the National Little Britches Rodeo Association and the High School Rodeo Association.
Survivors include his wife Helen, son Frederick M Lynch, 2 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Preceding him in death were twin sisters, and a brother William Riley Lynch of Redding.
