Joshua Riley Garlick, 16, passed away Sunday April 14, 2013 in American Fork Utah. He was born May 12, 1996 at Newport Beach, California.

Joshua attended American Fork High School and was an active member of his priest quorum. Josh loved computer technology and even built his own computer. At the time of his passing he was working at a job he enjoyed.

He was self-motivated and able to save up to buy a motorbike other things teens like to have. Josh loved water and snow skiing, boogie boarding, body surfing, 4-wheeling, camping especially building and tending the campfire.

He loved being with family and had a great listening ear. We loved his warm smile, kind eyes and tender heart. Joshua was an honorable young man and will be greatly missed.

Joshua is survived by his parents, Michael Arthur & Tammi Fay Hansen Garlick, and by his siblings, Brandon, Madison and Logan Garlick; grandfather Harold Garlick: his grandmothers, Carol Anderson and Joy Fisher Hansen; and too many aunts, uncles and cousins to name.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the LDS church on tithing slips under "other". Write in: Joshua Garlick Funeral. Envelopes will be available at the chapel foyers.

A special thank you to the Adam & Sidney Boyle family for all the love, support and compassion they have so lovingly administered during our difficult time. Thank you also to our ward members, neighbors, friends and family for your kindness and sympathy. We love you all.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 12 Noon at the American Fork 32nd Ward Chapel, 279 North 900 East, American Fork, UT, where a Visitation will be held prior from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. A nursery will be provided during the visitation period from 9:30-11:30.
