Jeanne Kocks Jehl, 65, of Fort Wayne died yesterday in Parkview Memorial Hospital.
The Fort Wayne native was bookkeeper and president of Jehl Enterprises, chairman of Women Elks Golf League, hostess of the Sunday TV Mass, represented Fort Wayne in the first trip to Takahoka, Japan, and was a member of the Marians.
Surviving are her husband, Jerome C.; sons, Jerome C. Jr. of Bayfield, Colo., and Gregory J. of Fort Wayne; sisters, Patricia Conkright of Continental, Ohio, and Mary L. Peters of Fort Wayne; a brother, John Kocks of Morton, Ill.; and three grandchildren.
Services are 1 p.m. Thursday in St. Charles Catholic Church, with entombment in Catholic Cemetery. Calling is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. tomorrow in Mungovan & Sons Memorial Chapel, 2114 S. Calhoun St., and noon to 1 p.m. Thursday in the church. A vigil is at 8:30 p.m. tomorrow in the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are gifts to St. Mary's Soup Kitchen or Masses.
