BILLY N. ADAMS, born January 16, 1927 in Houston, Texas. He passed away September 15, 2004. Billy was preceded in death by his mother Jewel Alma Adams. He is survived by his loving wife and daughter, Bobbie L. Adams & Cindy L. Adams; his nephew, Scott Linke and family; cousins, Mary Sue Webb and Bettye Radar and many friends. He served in the Navy during WWII in the South Pacific. He graduated from Jeff Davis High School and attended University of Houston. He owned Adams Electric Company and McGregor Bowling centers. He enjoyed bowling, golf, hunting, horse racing and ranching. He was a charter member of Tallowood Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday, September 17, 2004 at Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. A service will be held in the chapel of Memorial Oaks Funeral Home, 13001 Katy Freeway, at 10:00 a.m. September 18, 2004. Interment after the service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers: Freddy Hull, Robert Macey, Tunney, David Gray, Buck Watts, Jim Sistrunk and Mickey Heine.
