"Burtts Corner, New Brunswick, Canada - Georgia Hayes Poirier, 68, passed away April 14 in Canada. Mrs. Poirier was born in Lenoir City, Tenn., and had resided in Canada since 1984, moving there from the Cuyahoga Falls-Akron area. She is survived by husband, Godfrey; daughters and sons-in-law... sons and daughters-in-law... 20 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; sisters, Novella Dockery, Bessie McLeymore, Marge Kephart and Mamie Hargreave; brothers, Raymond Hayes Jr., James Hayes, Mike Hayes and William Hayes. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday at Clifford-Shoemaker Funeral Home, 1930 Front St., Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may call one hour prior to service time, Rev. Harold Hayes officiating. Interment at Greensburg Cemetery."
