Billy was a junior at Pearl River High School where he played baseball on the varsity team. He loved life and sports were a big part of his life. Billy died as a result of a car accident during his school lunch break. He was a passenger in a car that lost control. He is survived by his parents Diane & Jim, his brothers James, Joe, & Robert as well as both sets of grandparents and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
