Survivors include his father and mother, Kevin & Lori Wade, Gilbert, AZ; brother Sean Wade, Gilbert, AZ; sister Lindsey Wade, Gilbert, AZ; grandparents Gene & Joy Wade, Mesa, AZ and J.B. & Sandy Hendrix, Drummond, MT. He loved sports, Brimhall Hammerhead swim team, diving, basketball, soccer, loved camping, biking, science, weather, and attended 1st grade Noah Webster Basic School, won prize for creative writing. Visitation will be at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Friday, April 15, 2005 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 4629 E. Guadalupe Rd, Gilbert, AZ. Service will be at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints on Saturday, April 16, 2005 at 2:00 PM, 3025 S. Hawes, Mesa, AZ with Bishop Mark Wilkinson officiating clergy. Interment will be at Mariposa Gardens Cemetery, Mesa, AZ.
