I knew Don as one of the "old bunch" down on H-Line Dr. in the early days of Collins. There was not a nicer guy. Sent by: Ray K. 10-29-2011 I was very deeply saddened by the news of the death of Don. I was his Coordinator for a number of years. I had a lot of respect for Don, he was a straight up guy....one of the best managers that I ever had. I also became friends with Cecilia. There was never in my mind the love and admiration that this man had for his family. Always remember that Don Baugh was a fair shooter and a genuinely good guy. I did not know that Cecilia was gone on before him but I do know that he is happy now that he is with her. I never knew such love and respect for a mate existed until I met Don. We lost another GOOD one...but our loss is Heavens gain and our good memories will sustain us all. Peace to the family! There were six of us that worked as a quality control team, always took coffee breaks together and fliped coins as to who would buy. A lot of good memories from those days.
