Mrs. Foster was a member of the East Stake of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Order of the Eastern Star and the Foothills Blue Ribbon Circle.
Her husband of 52 years, Leslie, preceded her in death.
Survivors include two sons, Les and John; a daughter, Sharon; a brother, Donald; 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
