Kenneth lived most of his life around Electra and on the Waggoner Ranch. He was a cowboy on the Waggoner ranch for 51 years. He was a member of Rock Crossing Baptist Chruch and a past member of Rebecca Lodge.
He was proceeded in death by his wife Billie Handley just 6 weeks before his own death (August 29, 2004)and a step-son Jackie Cochran of Vernon, TX.
He is survived by two step-sons, Bob Cochran of Vernon, Texas, Steve Cochran of Duncan,OK; nine step grandchildren and 14 great step grandchildren.
Memorials may be sent in his honor to the American Diabetes Association.
