Francis A. (Frank) Tackebury passed away suddenly early Sunday morning, April 26, 1981, in Flint. Mi. Age 53 years. He was born May 14, 1927, in Taymouth Township. He married Dixie L. Emerson in Saginaw in 1950. She survives him. He was a member of the Methodist Faith and served with the U.S. Navy. Mr. Tackebury had been employed with the State Wide Real Estate, had his own trucking firm and had previously been a barber.

Surviving besides his wife are one daughter and one son, Vickie Tackebury and Theodore F. (Ted) Tackebury, both of Saginaw; one granddaughter, Amy Lynn; one sister and three brothers, Mrs. Bud Vollmer, Saginaw; Robert Tackebury and Jack Tackebury, both of Birch Run, Arthur Tackebury, Burt. One sister and four brothers predeceased him....burial in Roselawn Memorial Gardens...
