Mrs. Lynch is survived by her sons, Thomas of Islip and James of Ridge; and grandchildren, James and Melissa. She was predeceased by her husband, James.

Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Ruland Funeral Home in Patchogue, where services were held. Interment was in Cedar Grove Cemetery in Patchogue.

Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse Service & Hospice of Long Island, 505 Main St., Northport, NY 11768, and would be appreciated by the family.
