A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10:00 A.M at First Baptist Church of Burkburnett, with Pastor Lamoin Champ, officiating. Interment will be held in the Burkburnett Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Owens and Brumley Funeral Home of Burkburnett.
Jeaunell was born July 22, 1935 in Wellington, Texas to Dennis and Rene Hartman Lacy. She graduated from Quail High School in 1951. She married Jack Aaron on January 3rd, 1953. Jeaunell and Jack moved to Oklahoma City in 1953. The couple moved back home to Wellington in 1956. She was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Burkburnett for many years. Jeaunell was also a member of the University Study Club, various Bridge Clubs, and she enjoyed gathering with her "Lunch Bunch Friends." Jeaunell was excellent in the areas of sewing, gardening, and needlework. She was a homemaker, who was also a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend to all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Dennis Lacy and Rene Hartman Lacy; and her husband Jack who passed away on June 10th, 2012.
She is survived by her son, Randy Aaron and wife Anne of Wichita Falls; daughter, Kris Garrison and husband Doug of Vernon; daughter, Kim Heptner and husband Curtis of Burkburnett; sister, Joan Delisle of Plano; grandchildren, Denise Edson and husband Calvin, Aaron Garrison and wife Alyson, Ryan Heptner and wife Libba, Lacy Heptner, Drew Aaron, Michael Aaron, and Jonathan Aaron; and great-grandchildren, Ellen Kate Edson and Nixon Paisley Heptner.
Visitation will be held from 6 until 7:30 p.m. Friday, March 15, 2013 at Owens and Brumley Funeral of Burkburnett.
