William John Retallack, 82, of 7 Wheeler Street, died at Auburn City Hospital Tuesday afternoon. He was born in England and came to Auburn 58 years ago. He was a blacksmith and boiler maker and had lived in Wheeler Street 57 years.
Mr. Retallack is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Harvey Retallack; one son, William H. Retallack; one granddaughter Storekeeper 1/c Elizabeth Virginia Retallack, WAVES, stationed in Pearl Harbor; two nephews and three nieces.
Mr. Retallack was an honorary member of General Gordon Lodge No. 211, Sons of St. George.
