Dorothy Teresa LaSalle Anderson, 100, died Thursday, March 10, 2005, of natural causes with her family by her side.She was born March 19, 1904, in Havre to Leon and Mary Jane (Bonneau) LaSalle and was raised on a ranch in the Bear Paw Mountains.She is survived by seven of her nine children, including sons: Leon "Bud," Seeley Lake; Larry (Patsy) Anderson, Ronan; Robert Anderson, Lolo; Darold Anderson, Florence; and daughters: Georgina "Jean" (Don) King, Pasadena, Calif.; Helen (Alex) Ghillany, Tacoma, Wash.; and Delia "Sharon" (Merle) Magee of Cut Bank. Dorothy is also survived by sons-in-law Dean Wilcox of Florence and Marv Formo of Helena, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 19, at 11 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church in Missoula for both Dorothy and her daughter Lorena Rose Formo of Helena, who died March 12. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the charity of their choice.
