Alice Irene Ryno, 80, passed away Friday at the Wortham Nursing Home. Services will be 3pm Sunday at the First United Methodist Church of Wortham with the Rev. Ben Marney officiating. Burial will be at the Wortham Cemetery. Mrs. Ryno was born March 4, 1910, in Freestone County. She was a retired ward attendant at the Mexia State School. Her husband, Jesse J. Ryno Sr., preceded her in death. Mrs. Ryno was a member of First United Methodist Church of Wortham. Survivors include three sons, Harley E. Ryno and Jesse J. Ryno Jr., both of Wortham and Billie Ryno of Roswell, NM; a brother, Tommy Lansford of Wortham; two sisters, Beatrice Rosser and Lillie Bonner, both of Fairfield; eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Porter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
