Joseph E Adams 68 husband of Essie Adams passed away at Bourbon community Hospital Wednesday, January 23, 2013 a native of Nicholas County Kentucky he was the son of the late Everette "Chippy" and Lecie Bell Adams. He was retired from Haygard Farm and a past employee of C V Whitney. In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons, Rick (Chawnet) Adams,Lexington Kentucky; Tony ( Missy)Adams Paris Kentucky; Shane (Christie)Adams carlisle,Kentucky; one daughter Lisa Adams, Carlisle, Kentucky; two sisters Mary (Don) Newmen, Lexington, Kentucky; Judy (Larry)Osbourne, Versailles, Kentucky; twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister Ann Thompson. Funeral services will be Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 9 AM at Lusk- McFarland funeral home with burial in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation is at the funeral home Friday, January 25, 2013 from 6 PM till 8 PM. The service will be officiated by Jeremy Mills and David Holden.
