Carmella was born in Lattimer and was the daughter of the late Gerard and Theresa (LaBraico) Mento.
She lived in Tresckow most of her life and belonged to the St. Bartholomew's R.C.Church and was also a member of the Sacred Heart Society.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, a son, Michael, two daughters, Mrs. Christine Black and Marie Mento; two brothers, Michael and Salvadore; and two sisters, Mrs.Christine Bott and Mrs.Congetta Nicholas.
Surviving are seven sons and four daughters. Also surviving are 25 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held Tuesday at 10:30a.m. in St. Bartholomew's Church,Tresckow. Interment will be in St. Gabriel's Cemetery.
