Born in New York,his Mother Marilyn Miller,Father Haydon Miller,and older brother Thomas Miller moved west.They lived in Arizona for a short while then moved to Pacific Grove,California.He grew up there and in Buena Park.He was married,Had successful businesses,had 3 kids,divorced,and was diagnosed with Renal Failure (kidney disease).
He spent 7 years on dialysis.He contracted a blood infection and spent over a month in the hospital before succumbing to it.He was set to receive a donor kidney from his oldest daughter;Christine;who helped him with day-to-day life during his 7 years of treatment.
