Funeral services for Loretta A. Voyzey, 91, of Mountain Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Clearfield, and formerly of Philipsburg will be held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 21, 2012, at Heath Funeral Home, Osceola Mills, with Monsignor H. Desmond McGee Jr. officiating.
She died Thursday, April 19, at 1:18 a.m. at the center.
Interment will be at Centre Cemetery, Osceola Mills.
Friends will be received Friday, April 20, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, April 21, from 1 p.m. until the hour of services at the funeral home.
Born Dec. 14, 1920, at Butte, Mont., she was a daughter of Richard and Katherine (Murphy) Powers.
Mrs. Voyzey was a homemaker.
She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Philipsburg.
On June 5, 1943, at Butte, she wed James W. Voyzey.
She is survived by two daughters, Donna R. Winters and her husband, Gerald, of Philipsburg and Selina K. Demchak of New Millport; five grandchildren, James Demchak, Gary Winters, Lori Demchak, Sue Harris and Gennifer Flatley; 11 great-grandchildren, Ryan, Kayla, Ashley and Molly Demchak, Sara and Laura Harris, Mara, Mitchell, Megan Winters, and John and Liam Flatley; a sister, Alice Vicivich and her husband, Lou, of Butte; a brother, John Powers and his wife, Joan of Butte.
Mrs. Voyzey was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, who died Jan. 2, 1999; five sisters; and five brothers.
