John William Epperson, 89, of Dry Ridge, died Thursday at Grant Manor Health Care Center, Williamstown.
He was a farmer, an Army veteran of World War II, and a member of Sherman Church of Christ, Dry Ridge.
His wife, Loyal Colson Epperson, died in 2005.
Survivors include sons, Joe Epperson of Falmouth, Dale Epperson of Crittenden, and Jim Epperson of Erlanger; daughters, Norma Epperson Spillman of Williamstown and Sue Epperson Stewart of Dry Ridge; a sister, Lena Epperson Pierce of Klamath Falls, Ore.; 12 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
