Mrs.. Betty Byrd McPherson Vaughn, 85, a resident of Fayetteville and a retired employee of Elk Cotton Mill, died Friday morning (April 2, 1993) at Donalson Care Center. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon in the chapel of Gallant Funeral Home with interment in Lincoln Cemetery.
