First marriage to Samuel Hancock, 2 daughters from the union, one survived and married, Elizabeth.
Next marriage to Jacob Aaron, 2 daughters and 2 sons from that marriage. On the 1870 census the surname is Ahrent.
At some point after 1880 it appears Elvira and Jacob either divorced or separated, altho they are back in the same house in 1900, but not listed as husband and wife. ELvira is living with her daughter Alice Bates in Chippewa county in 1905, while Jacob goes to the Soldier's Home in Milwaukee. Upon his death in Jan. of 1907, Elvira is already listed as dead on his records. A son Robert about age 19 drowned in August of 1891, and his body was taken to his father's house when found. Funeral was Sunday after.

No gravemarker located to date. There is sufficient green space either side of and in front of marker of Jacob Aaron for burial of several more family members.
