Coulson, Eugene R., 60, of Clearwater, died Wednesday (May 23, 1990) at home. He was born in Topeka, Kan., and came here in 1970 from Brunswick, Ga. He was a lieutenant commander in the Navy and owned and operated Creative World, St. Petersburg. He was a veteran of the Korean War and the Vietnam War. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Survivors include his wife, Norma; three Daughters Joan Phelan, Miami, Debra Donovan, Hernando, and Diane Dickey, Clearwater; his parents Raymond and Mildred Coulson, Pharr, Texas; a brother, Dick, Shreveport La.; a sister, Pat Wood, Oregon; and three grandchildren.
