Suddenly on December 5th, 1992 at the cabin that he and his wife built together almost thirty years earlier; Kenneth Earl Franklin (aged 68 years) passed from this earth to Glory. He was deer hunting with friends that were the "brothers he never had"---they had been lodging at the cabin for the first several weeks of shotgun season before he suffered the heart attack that took his life.
Ken was a retired Chief Arson Investigator for the the city of Buffalo before retiring in 1987. His wife Audrey L. and himself were parents to twelve children.
He is remembered by many as a kind, generous soul who was always willing to help others.
