Services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Norwood Funeral Home Chapel, Guin. Burial is in West Alabama Memorial Gardens in Gw-Win, Ala.
He was born in Guin to Bobby and Ruby Inez Wates Harrod. A former resident of Illinois, he had lived in Guin the past 10 years. He was owner and operator of Between A Rock and A Hard Place Antique Store, Winfield, Ala.
Surviving are his parents, Guin; son, Robert Steven Harrod Jr., California; grandson, Quinton Harrod; brother, Michael J. Harrod, Carbon Cliff; and nephews, James and Chris Harrod.
