A daughter of the late Gora and Cora Mae Sparks Adkins, Inez was a retired nurse's aide and homemaker.

She is survived by three daughters, Pamela F. Jenkins of Otway, Geraldine L. Law of Lucasville, and Lori C. Dickens of Otway; two sons, Lewis Franklin "Butch" Morrison of Milford Center, Ohio, and Greg Morrison of Lucasville; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandson, baby Kiazer.

She was also preceded in death by three granddaughters; two sisters and one brother.

Graveside services will be held 4 p.m. Wednesday, July 20, 2016 in Big Run Cemetery with Anthony Hoffer officiating
