Mr. O'Donnell was born December 31, 1953 in Cumberland, Maryland, the son of James William and Rosaline Jane Eshbaugh O'Donnell.

He married Brenda Gail O'Donnell in 1995 in Winchester, Virginia. Mrs. O'Donnell died April 12, 2005.
Surviving are a daughter, two sisters, and a brother.
Graveside rites will be held 1:00 P. M. Monday, July 12, 2010 in Shenandoah Memorial Park, Frederick County.
The family will receive friends 2:00 – 5:00 P. M. Sunday afternoon at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home, Stephens City.
