Mrs. Elkins was a member of County Avenue Baptist Church and was retired from the Baptist Book Store.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Elkins, Sr.
Survivors include a daughter, Delight Elkins of Texarkana, AR; two sons and daughters-in-laws, Bill, Jr. and Vicky Elkins of Texarkana, AR and Kyle and Cindy Elkins of Texarkana, AR; two grandchildren, Clinton Elkins and Ashley Elkins both of Texarkana, AR; great grandchild, Nikolai Elkins of Texarkana, AR.
Burial will be in East Memorial Gardens under the direction of East Funeral Home-Moores Lane.
