The stone is mostly unreadable but he was buried in that town. I'm for 100 % sure because I found the historical document proving it. So in the meantime the creator of that memorial changed the Unknown Russell information to that of what I told her. She said she is going to check/read the Gravestone closer when the weather gets better. Thank You to Her !
