Mrs. Elizabeth Peffer, widow of Dr. Ambrose Peffer, died at 7 o'clock last night at her home, 256 South Hanover Street, after a lingering illness.

Mrs. Peffer was a faithful member and regular attendant of First Presbyterian Church. She formerly resided on West High Street where her husband practiced medicine for many years.

She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Emma D. Beatty, Harrisburg, and Mrs. John Lerew, Dillsburg, and a brother, John Wolf, Mechanicsburg.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Ewing Funeral Home, 148 South Hanover Street, with burial in Dillsburg Cemetery. Friends may call Monday night at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth W. Peffer, 256 South Hanover Street, who died Friday, were held Tuesday afternoon in the Ewing Funeral Home, with Rev. Walter R. Anderson officiating. Burial was in the Dillsburg Cemetery. Pallbearers were M.F. Hummel, Allan Thompson, Marcus McKnight, Harry Grines, Walter Line and Charles Stewart.
