Frank was born in Czechoslovakia. When he was 10 years old he and his family came to the United States they lived in New York for 5 years. Then his Father decided to go back after they moved back World War I started and he was in the Austria-Hungry Empire army were he fought on the Russian front. He prayed and vowed that he survived the war he would go back to the United States and never leave. In 1920 he imigrated to the United States when he saw the Statue of Liberty he was crying he lived in New York for 5 years were he worked in a factory then in 1925 he moved to Florida he worked road construction then became a citrus grower. Citrus was his whole life he would work in his grove from Dawn to Dusk and ship a box of fruit to the Czech newspaper in Chicago every year. He became an a citizen on the 4th of July he said it was the proudest day of his whole life. The 4th of July was his favorite holiday he loved baseball,coca cola, and beer he always said there is nothing like a beer after a days work. Had a great sense of humor and story teller people who meet him never forgot him.
